The breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the free bicycles that were available to explore the area. the private parking was also very convenient.
The location was a bit difficult to find, as the building was tucked behind another one of the same address. the bicycles in the hotel needed some maintenance work which was discouraging.

The hotel is situated in a remote area that's hard to locate. Bicycles provided by the hotel needed maintenance. The breakfast is normal Italian and it is possible to book a private parking spot. Room is at best comfortable with quiet surroundings even though located beside railway tracks. Guest recommendations are friendly.
The hotel falls short in providing good bike maintenance services.

The hotel staff was super friendly and gave me a warm welcome with a cup of coffee and a snack upon arrival. The room was comfy and quiet, even with trains nearby. I really appreciated the private parking and having bicycles available to explore the town. Plus, breakfast was pretty good, typical Italian style.

Over Easter, I chose to stay in a small bed and breakfast in a coastal town. The family who ran it were friendly and had lots of information about the area. Breakfast was a good start to the day, and the private parking was appreciated. The location was also convenient with easy access to transport links. despite being close to a train track, the noise levels were minimal.
There were some negative aspects to my stay. the bicycles provided for guests needed some maintenance as they were not in great condition.
